The Sheepfold is a project created to bring together different individuals and organisations who share a common concern about the weaknesses of safeguarding protections for people who come to churches to worship or who work in them. We come from many different theological backgrounds, and there are issues about which we (lovingly) disagree, but we stand united in our common belief in a God of love, compassion, truth and justice. We stand together to protect the vulnerable, the victimised, the wounded and the excluded.

Our web page contains links to reference material which we think will be of interest to people and organisations who share our values in the vital area of safeguarding. We will celebrate successes and will hold up and call to account failures without fear or favour.
